About Us

Diana S. Barber, J.D., CHE, and CWP, is a lawyer, speaker, consultant, educator, author, and provider of litigation support to hospitality companies nationwide. Diana S. Barber began her law practice as an associate attorney at King & Spalding in Atlanta, Georgia after graduating cum laude from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. She then spent over fourteen years as vice president and associate general counsel for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC. Diana continued practicing law in her own solo practice, Barber Law Associates, for over eight years prior to taking a full-time teaching position in the Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality at Georgia State University, where she has been teaching for over 14 years.
